About Srikar

Indian Agriculture Sector has thousands of years history, and India achieved self sufficiency in food production during last few decades due to the sincere efforts of farmers, farm scientists, policy makers, and input suppliers. Agriculture is the primary source of livelihood of about 58% population in India, producing almost 320 million tonnes of food in the recent year for meeting the food demand of the nation. I sincerely salute all those involved in making plans and efforts for food production thus eliminating the starvation, and hail them saying “JAI KISAN”. During past few years, the focus has been shifted towards safe food practices in view of the health and nutrition.

Being a Son of Farmer, Graduate in Agricultural Sciences, I had a strong desire for production and supply of quality farm inputs for sustained food production. I was selected for India’s Premier, Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi for Master of Science in Agriculture and then continued research in the field of Biotechnology for Doctoral Research Programme at IARI. As a science enthusiast, started services for testing bt cotton with innovative techniques from 2006,and continued to expand knowledge based services for farming community through production and supply of innovative Agri inpurs through Srikar Biotech Pvt Ltd (SBPL) and Eldorado Agritech Private Limited (EAPL) since 2009. Srikar Group of Companies continuously assist Agriculture through supply of reliable, sustainable, economical and environmental friendly innovative farm inputs, research driven, customer centric hybrid seeds for transforming Agriculture into profitable profession.

During last decade, the growth of the organization has increased Exponentially from turnover of few lakhs of rupees during 2009 to over 200 crores in this year and I sincerely thank all the stake holders for being a part in success of the organization. I would like to share with you that Srikar Group of companies received Best Emerging Company Award for 2019 from Sri. N. Niranjan Reddy, Honorable Minister for Agriculture, Telangana, and an addition to our spectra of achievements, and I sincerely place on record that the award is dedicated to all my employees.
